Join Karolina at Yogaworks Westside, just off Central Park on 65th street. This amazing Saturday morning practice focused on the two triangles along the sacrum and back of the neck, using them to find find space for back bends in a healthy way to avoid lower back strain. The impact was immediate! Whether Virabhadrasana I, Trikonasa, or Setu Bandha Sarvangasana this adjustment provides better alignment with the ability to feel more expansion in the heart.
And don't mind the beautiful walk along Central Park to and from class...ahhh, doesn't get any better.
